## Add custom fields to any object.

Custom Fields let you add your own fields to any object in Conductor, so you can extend items like Projects, Tasks, and KPIs to make them fit your organization and programs.  For Calculated Custom Fields, chat with Harmony AI. Describe the calculation you want in natural language and Harmony will write the formula for you.

**KPIs**

## Track project performance against your KPIs.

KPIs let you track financial and non-financial metrics and measures directly in Conductor, so you can ensure the benefits and value of your program are realized.  Your KPI results stay connected to the projects that drive them, instead of living in disconnected spreadsheets.

**Reviews**

## Start every health review with a first draft.

Project Health Reviews now come with a first draft written by Harmony AI, based on the workplan and progress already in Conductor.  You review it, edit what you need, and submit it.

**Tasks**

## Manage your project workplan and tasks.

Tasks show your workplan as a Gantt timeline (Kanban board coming soon).  Tasks also include sub-tasks, comments, and file management.
