Harmony AI is the artificial-intelligence layer built into Conductor rather than bolted on as a separate chatbot. It works across the platform to watch for risks, analyze program data, generate content and summaries, and coach team members with real-time guidance.
Because it operates on Conductor’s connected data model, Harmony can reason about strategy execution in context — for example flagging where RAG reviews are missing or where a program is drifting from plan.
