0:09 The first benefit of using Conductor is bringing all those disparate Excel, Ms. Project, and Word documents into a single location. Let's discuss how we're going to organize all that work. The browse menu shows Conductor's full hierarchy of organizing work. When I open the menu, I see our first level of hierarchy, denoted by the briefcase icon.

0:29 These are our workstreams. Most of our customers are organized in a departmental fashion. You can see the list of departments here. When I expand a department, I see all the initiatives, which we call projects, within it. Those are denoted by the folder icon. These are all examples of course. Your Conductor hierarchy is easily configured with your names and hierarchy.

0:49 We also know that many customers are organized in a matrix fashion, so organizing by department alone isn't enough. Conductor fully supports matrices with our tagging feature. By clicking the work hierarchy dropdown, I can instantly reorganize the entire site. I'll click Strategic Objectives and you'll see the navigation instantly change.

1:09 These are the objectives. When I open one, I can see all related projects and initiatives, along with the departments and workstreams they belong to. The benefit is flexibility. We can report across views, assign ownership, create custom perspectives, and define access using the same structure. Thanks for watching this Conductor video.
