When I open the menu, I see our first level of hierarchy, denoted by the briefcase icon. These are our workstreams. Most of our customers are organized in a departmental fashion.

These are all examples of course. Your Conductor hierarchy is easily configured with your names and hierarchy. We also know that many customers are organized in a matrix fashion, so organizing by department alone isn't enough.

1:09 Conductor fully supports matrices with our tagging feature. By clicking the work hierarchy drop-down, I can instantly reorganize the entire site. I'll click strategic objectives, and you'll see the navigation instantly change. These are the objectives. When I open one I can see all related projects and initiatives, along with the departments and workstreams they belong to.
