Project Portfolio ManagementPPM

The centralized management of an organization’s projects as a single portfolio, prioritized and governed against strategic objectives.

Project Portfolio Management (PPM) brings all of an organization’s projects into one view so they can be prioritized, resourced, and governed together rather than in silos. It covers intake and business cases, prioritization, resource planning, delivery, and reporting.

PPM is the operational backbone many PMOs use to keep delivery aligned to strategy and to give leaders a consolidated picture of progress, risk, and spend.
