Co-founder and CEO, Sensei Labs · NYT Bestselling Co-author of The Decoded Company

Jay Goldman is a technologist, designer, speaker, and author who has spent his career at the intersection of people, data, and the systems that help organizations achieve big things.

Jay is the co-founder and CEO of Sensei Labs, where he has spent the last decade building Conductor®, the AI-powered strategy execution platform that connects strategic plans to the people, projects, and KPIs that make them real. Built for EPMOs, enterprise transformation, and PE value creation teams, Conductor has grown under his leadership from a bold idea about how work should work into a category-defining platform trusted by global enterprises, leading consultancies, and private equity firms to execute their most complex initiatives — from post-merger integrations and value creation programs to enterprise-wide transformations orchestrating billions of dollars in program value.

He is the co-author of The Decoded Company: Know Your Talent Better Than You Know Your Customers (Portfolio/Penguin), a New York Times bestseller that made the case for data-driven leadership long before it became conventional wisdom — a thesis that runs through everything Conductor does today. His writing and thinking on technology, leadership, and the future of work have appeared in Harvard Business Review and beyond, and he is a sought-after keynote speaker on strategy execution, transformation, and building data-driven organizations.

Jay is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Before founding Sensei Labs, he built a career spanning product design, engineering, and executive leadership, which is a rare combination that shapes Conductor's obsession with tools that are as delightful to use as they are powerful.

He's a proud Canadian who lives in Toronto with his family, where he remains a hands-on builder: still designing, still coding, and still convinced that the best software disappears into the work it enables.
